Topic Title: Unauthorized Retail Services Deduction

KS in Florida said "HSBC RS deducted $24 charge from my bank account without any authorization from me, causing me to overdraw my account and incurring fees. Now i must pay $15 charge to stop ACH but how will i know that they wont just keep on doing it? This is madness."
