Topic Title: Harassing Collections Calls to Wrong Number

LY in Michigan reported: "I keep getting phone calls from 909 397 3080 which is HSBC. All hours of the day same time every morning. The person they are looking for is not anyone in my home. I keep telling them to stop calling and they keep calling and calling asking for the same person. I also asked them what address were they looking for and the address they gave was in a town near by. I told them to call information and check my name against the phone number so they would stop calling me, but the calls keep coming. So what can you do?"
