Topic Title: HSBC ATM and Poor UK Customer Service

Dear Sirs, I hope that you can help me giving me an advice on what happened to me last Tuesday, 1st of August. I'm Italian but as I lived in France, I have a French bank account, and with my French credit card I wanted to take some money from an ATM machine in Birmingham as I was there for work. I put my credit card in an HSBC ATM machine and I asked 30 pounds, but instead of 30p it gave me just 10p! The problem is that on the ticket it was written 30p! It was in the evening so the bank was closed. The they after I left early in the morning, so when I arrived at home I rang the HSBC customer service, they didn't know what I should do, there was a very impolite employed who told me that this wasn't an HSBC problem but my French bank problem! And when I ask him if he could give me the number of the airport branch as I couldn't find it on internet neither anywhere, he just hung up! I think that this is horrible customer service. I know it's just 20p but it's not fair that I have to lose them in this way. I really don't know how could I solve this problem, I hope you could help me.
