Topic Title: HSBC charges $5 to send phony receipt

EF in Colorado reported: "They keep charging me $35 late fees even though my promotional period doesn't end until 11/29/06 (false date selected by them). Also, they say they don't receive my checks until one day after their due date - although I am not supposed to have a due date or specific amount due until the promotion ends. Also, they moved the promotional date from 1/02/09 to 11/29/06 for 1/2 of the furniture I bought - all was bought on the same day and I understood 0% until 1/02/09. I am so frustrated with trying to call and write every month to straighten things out when they do not respond and then charge me another $5.00 to send a receipt - that is not what I requested. They are clearly unethical and am sorry I fell for their false advertisements."
