Topic Title: Online Payment Website Has Technical Problems - HSBC

DH in Kentucky says: My wife and I have been trying to pay our bill online. They ask you 3 simple questions and then when you answer them they say an error has occured. They will not let us online to pay our bill. When we call the toll free number they tell us it is a technical problem.
EDITOR's NOTE: No responsible bank has technical problems of this nature and they run redundant systems to guard against it. HSBC and Household International have been sued since 1994 over late application of payments. Does the original reputable HSBC in London know what the predatory side of HSBC is doing? We have no idea. Notify your state attorney general.
