"I have been a customer of HSBC retail services for over a year. I have a consignment on a vehicle with another individual. When I requested that the address be changed, it never took place. When I requested that I have a copy of the last statement send to me, it never happened. I have never received one statement from the HSBC retail services, and when I request one to be sent to me, they say I have to pay for it. They refuse to work with me. In fact, when I asked if they could send out past statements, since I haven’t received them, they stated, "no!" you need to pay for extras. They refuse to accept payments by phone, unless they charge you $15.00 and when they do receive payments by mail, they don’t post them until the day they are due. This makes the appearance that they never received your payment, thus causing concern to the individual who holds the account. I have many more complaints!"
